On a journey to elite status as a professional. I've taken to journaling a lot, as I want to document the process. I want to look back and see from how far I've come.

I believe that:

• Everyone is a leader. You must lead yourself and you also wield influence on those around you. Even companies review you on self-leadership 😄
• You should focus on the things within your control, and not bother about those not directly within your control. Circle of concern and circle of influence. From the legendary Steven Covey - 7 Habits of Highly successful people.
• Winning the day is the most impactful thing you can do for yourself and career in the long-run. This means you focus on the few things you can do on a cadence daily. Idea framed around 4 disciplines of execution - Sean Covey, Chris McChesney
• You're the star of your own world 🤩. You should document your story, and show your work.

I started this blog to consolidate my knowledge, as well as develop myself into a more seasoned professional. But since I love journalling, it's morphed into a place to collect my thoughts-my own corner in this world.
